- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed. If a pricing error is discovered after you've ordered, we will contact you before processing.

5. Minors
Our Store is open to all ages. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has given permission for this purchase, in accordance with the Swedish Children and Parents Code (Föräldrabalken).
6. Delivery
- We currently ship to Sweden, the European Union, and Norway.
- Estimated delivery times: Sweden 1–2 business days, EU & Norway 2–6 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
- Risk of loss/damage passes to you once the item is delivered to your specified address.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns

8. Statutory warranty (reklamationsrätt)
Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), you have the right to complain about faulty or defective goods for up to 3 years from delivery. 9. Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products.
- Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish or EU law.
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or carrier disruptions.
10. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you have a complaint we cannot resolve directly, you may refer the matter to Sweden's National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), or use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. This does not deprive you of protections you're entitled to as a consumer under mandatory law in your country of residence, if you reside elsewhere in the EU.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
